ANNOUNCEMENT!
2025 Annual Meeting Raffle
We are excited to announce this year’s raffle contest.
The Executive Committee extends a huge thank you to our donors, which include USDA Wildlife Services, Vortex Optics, OnX, MeatEater, and local artists.
Prizes are a Tenkara backcountry fly rod, Vortex binoculars, a one-year OnX Elite membership, a MeatEater hat and trivia game, “Loon with Trout” print by Paul Rappleyea, and “Winter Gems-Nuthatch” print by Rosemary Millett .
Tickets will be sold at the meeting for $5.
Cash payment is preferred.
Winners will be announced during the awards ceremony.

Abstract Submission
Abstracts for oral presentations and posters may be submitted for either the
themed session or general research & management session.
All posters from professionals and students will be considered and will be put on display during our social mixer.
Abstract Guidelines:

Please prepare your abstracts following template provided HERE.

Be sure to identify your preference for oral or poster (or both) presentation.

For oral presentations, be sure to identify if you would like to present during the themed session
("Habitat for Future Generations") or the general research & management session.
-
Abstracts should be no more than 250 words.
Professionals, in addition to oral presentations, please consider contributing posters for ongoing work and project updates!
Students are encouraged to submit an oral or poster presentation of their undergraduate research or capstone projects. The planning committee will consider student oral presentations yet may encourage poster presentations based on scheduling and space needs.
***Student presentations will be judged for best student presentation with an award.***
Deadline to submit abstracts is January 24, 11:59 PM.
Presenters will be notified of acceptance January 31.
