Abstract Submission
Abstracts for oral presentations (20 mins) and posters may be submitted for either the
themed session or non-themed session.
All posters from professionals and students will be considered and will be put on display during our social mixer.
Abstract Guidelines:

Please prepare your abstracts following template provided HERE.

Be sure to identify your preference for oral or poster (or both) presentation.

For oral presentations, be sure to identify if you would like to present during the themed session
("Human Dimensions") or non-themed session.

Abstracts should be no more than 250 words.
Professionals, in addition to oral presentations, please consider contributing posters for ongoing work and project updates!
Students are encouraged to submit an oral or poster presentation of their undergraduate research or capstone projects. The planning committee will consider student oral presentations yet may encourage poster presentations based on scheduling and space needs.
Deadline to submit abstracts is November 21, 11:59 PM.
Presenters will be notified of acceptance December 5th.
Please submit your abstracts electronically by email as MS Word (preferred) or PDF documents
to this email address (nytws.president@gmail.com).
Please include the word "Abstract" in the e-mail subject line
and indicate in the body of the e-mail if you are submitting for the
theme session, non-theme session, or poster.
